In these terms and conditions, "The COMPANY" means PLUS FLOORS "YOU" means a customer who has placed an order.

Risk

The goods shall be at your sole risk from the time which they are delivered to you or the carrier at the agreed place of delivery.

Reservation of title

The title in and ownership of the goods remain with the company until payment is received.

Delivery

The company will use it's reasonable endeavous to comply with any delivery date. But shall be under no liability for any delay in delivery due to circumstances or occurrences beyond our reasonable control.

Damage Shortage or Non delivery

Claims to be submitted within 7 days of the invoice date. Damage may be declared to the company at the time of delivery.

Quality

The planks must be inspected before being fitted claims regarding colour,shading,or pattern matching or manufacturing faults cannot be accepted after the planks have been installed. Installation,maintenance and cleaning according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Note : The Company accepts no responsibility for the results of any work carried out by independent contractors using materials supplied by the company.

Payment/Pricing

Terms : Cash on delivery, Cleared Business Cheque,Bank transer or by prior arrangement. Prices are subject to alteration without notice and rate inforce at date of dispatch is applied.

Account Holders

Interest will charged at 1.5% per month chargeable as from the date of invoice once the account falls overdue by more than 30 days.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled after the goods have been despatched. Goods not required and to be returned to the company attract a charge of 25% of invoice value.

Payments

All prices quoted by the company exclude VAT. Please quote your name when sending payments.

PLACING AN ORDER WITH PLUS FLOORS IS ACCEPTING THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BUT DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS.
